By installing or using UPSELLerate on your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
UPSELLerate is a retention analytics application that analyzes your store's order and customer data to identify upsell and win-back opportunities ("Plays"), and helps you activate those opportunities through connected marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Omnisend. UPSELLerate does not send marketing messages directly; activation happens through the marketing platform you connect.
UPSELLerate offers a Free plan and paid plans (Growth, Accelerate) as described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly through the Shopify billing system unless otherwise agreed. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; charges already incurred are non-refundable except where required by law.
Our handling of your store's data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using UPSELLerate, you consent to that policy.
UPSELLerate and its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by us. You retain ownership of your store's data; we do not claim ownership over your customer or order data.
UPSELLerate is provided "as is." Recommendations, revenue estimates, and Play opportunities are generated by predictive models and are estimates, not guarantees of results.
To the extent permitted by law, UPSELLerate will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may uninstall UPSELLerate at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
